We are proud to announce that Attorney Milad Farah has been appointed as a member of the 2014 Advocates Board of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. This board oversees the TTLA Advocates committee, which works to help newer members (those who have been with the organization for 10 years or less) increase their involvement so they can have the opportunity to eventually enter into leadership roles within the organization. Advocates can serve as a catalyst for obtaining leadership positions on TTLA committees and task forces.
Each year at TTLA's Annual Meeting, existing Advocates members elect the members of the Advocates Board. Attorney Farah will be serving on this board for the year of 2014. In addition to his involvement with TTLA, Mr. Farah is also a member of other groups that are focused on newer attorneys. These include the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of New Mexico, the Texas Young Lawyers Association and the El Paso Young Lawyers Association. Furthermore, he is a member of the El Paso Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Attorney Farah is a skilled litigator who handles personal injury cases, wrongful death cases and many other types of cases. He has settled hundreds of cases in the states of Texas and New Mexico, where he is licensed to practice law. Because he formerly worked on the defense side of commercial insurance litigation cases (which include personal injury cases), he has a clear understanding of the defense tactics that insurance companies commonly use in litigation.
At Farah Law, we provide legal representation in the areas of personal injury and employment law. If you need assistance in any of these areas, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We offer free case evaluations!
