Spring, TX (November 14, 2020) – An auto accident in the Spring area left several people injured on Friday. On November 13, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a vehicle collision on Interstate 45.
Reports from authorities show that seven vehicles, including at least one semi-truck, collided on Interstate 45 near the intersection with Cypresswood Drive.
The crash caused severe delays in the area as crews worked to clear the scene. A total of three people were injured in the crash. One child was airlifted to Memorial Hermann Hospital to receive emergency medical treatment for their injuries. Two other victims were transported via ambulance to nearby hospitals for further assistance.
At this time, investigations to determine the cause of the crash are underway with the Texas Department of Public Safety.
