Houston, TX (October 10, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident on Saturday morning sent one person to an area hospital with injuries. Just after 8:30 a.m., on October 10, emergency crews were requested at the site of an agency-involved motor vehicle accident on Keegan Road.
Reports from authorities show that an ambulance was traveling through the 9900 block of Keegan Road when it was struck by a pickup truck at the intersection with Huntington Park Drive.
The impact of the crash caused damage to both vehicles. However, the driver and patient in the ambulance were uninjured as a result of the collision.
One firefighter inside the ambulance was injured. The victim was treated at the scene and transported to Memorial Hermann in the Texas Medical Center for treatment. Details surrounding the severity of injuries are limited at this time. The police in Houston are currently investigating the crash.
