Houston, TX (January 16, 2021) – A crash reported in Harris County on Wednesday afternoon claimed the life of one man. At around 1:30 p.m., on January 13, emergency crews in Harris County were called to assist at the scene of a crash in West Houston.
Reports from the Houston Police Department show that a male pedestrian was struck by an 18-wheeler was crossing in the 700 block of South Texas State Highway 6 near Memorial Drive.
The man incurred fatal injuries in the accident. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by responding officers. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
