Fatal Car Accidents in Texas
Every year, hundreds of thousands of people are injured in automobile accidents throughout the state of Texas. These accidents happen so often that we seem to have become accustomed to witnesses the devastating aftermath victims and their families are forced to endure. Although the majority of accidents end in minor injuries for victims, tens of thousands of victims incur spinal cord injuries, head trauma, and even broken bones. Serious injury accidents often force victims into area hospitals where they have to undergo extensive medical treatment. Although we hope that everyone is able to recover from their injuries, more than 3,600 people end up passing away as a result of their injuries. The unfortunate truth is that no matter how vigilant we are in ensuring the safety of others sharing the road, there is no guarantee that all motorists will pay the same respect to us. As a result, we continue to see people harmed or killed in accidents caused by negligent, reckless, and distracted drivers.
