San Antonio, TX (May 27, 2021) - Officers from the San Antonio Police Department were called to the scene of a fatal accident on Tuesday, May 25th in San Antonio.
According to reports, the incident occurred at about 9:30 p.m. when a man, who has since been identified as John Edward Kearney, walking across the southbound lanes of Perrin Beitel Road died after being struck by a car. The driver then fled the scene.
The southbound lanes of Perrin Beitel Road were shut down for around two and a half hours while police investigated.
